The ingredients you will need for the recipe;

For Cake Base:

  • 1 packet of biscuits (preferably with oats)
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 20 grams of granulated sugar
  • 10 grams of cinnamon

For Cream:

  • 900 grams of labneh cheese
  • 300 grams of granulated sugar
  • 250 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs

For sauce:

  • ½ kilo of blueberries (fresh)
  • 300 grams of granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of starch (wheat)

Making Blueberry Cheesecake

When starting the blueberry cheesecake, crumble the biscuits into a bowl. Add room temperature butter, sugar, and cinnamon to make a dough. Squeeze your dough into the base of the cake mold and spread it so that the bottom is completely covered.

Mix the cheese and yogurt, which you have filtered well, using a mixer. Add the necessary sugar for the cream and continue whisking. Add the eggs one by one to the mixture; making sure that the egg you added is well mixed into the mixture before moving on to the next egg.
