Peppermint has stimulant, tonic and antispasmodic properties. Dilute 1 to 2 drops of peppermint essential oil in a small amount of vegetable oil, then gently massage both temples 3 to 4 times a day if you have frequent headaches or quickly after the onset of pain.

Be careful, do not get the essential oil in your eyes or ears. Peppermint is not recommended for pregnant women and children up to 12 years of age.

Lavender oil

Lavender has powerful sedative, antispasmodic, and pain-relieving properties. It is recommended for headaches caused by tension, sensation or fatigue.

Take 3 to 4 drops of pure lavender oil and gently massage into temples. You can do the same thing behind the neck. If you have frequent headaches or as soon as the pain starts, repeat 3 or 4 times a day.
